Research

We read the product’s own label and offer materials, plus independent write-ups, and we cite public health sources for general information.

What we will not do

We do not say a supplement treats or cures a disease. We do not invent ingredient names, studies, testimonials or ratings. We do not repeat unverified phrases such as “safe and effective.”

Missing information

If a brand does not publish a Supplement Facts panel, we say so and tell you what to check.
